KINSHIP digital and its technology partner Sprinklr have been selected to be part of the Media Services Panel established by Services Australia.
The leading provider of digital media management and open-source intelligence solutions and the world’s leading Unified-Citizen Experience Management platform is expected to provide media monitoring and related services to government agencies over the next three years, commencing on 1 March.

Services Australia’s Media Services Panel covers five categories: media and social media monitoring, analysis, response management and customer engagement, publishing, and professional media services.
The public sector-specialised digital services provider has been selected for four out of the five categories of the Media Services Panel, excluding professional media services.
