In a remarkable turn of events that’s sending ripples through the local community, Canberra-based Polygon Energy snags the coveted NECA Small Business Project of the Year 2023 Award. This isn’t merely a trophy; it’s a validation of the company’s ground-breaking ingenuity in elevating energy efficiency and solar self-consumption through load control for residential properties.

The project that earned this notable distinction revolutionised a conventional solar installation into a high-performance 15 kW Solar System. The beneficiary, Mathew Boorman, saw his electricity expenses take a nosedive, plummeting from a burdensome $1,200 to a jaw-dropping $170.

But there’s more to this narrative. Polygon Energy ingeniously tackled the issue of runaway energy consumption. A tailor-made control system was introduced, offering property owners an unprecedented level of control and insight into energy usage patterns, thereby turning data into actionable intelligence.

“Our mission transcends the mundane. This award from NECA validates our commitment to embedding ingenuity and affordability into the energy sector, touching lives of property owners and tenants in meaningful ways,” pronounced Bhavin Suthar, Director of Polygon Energy.

The company’s triumph doesn’t merely echo in the halls of Polygon Energy; it reverberates throughout the industry. By setting new precedents in energy efficiency for rental settings, we’re catalyzing a new narrative in sustainable living and resource management.
