The Council will enhance service delivery, minimise missed payments, and strengthen governance regarding data sharing, cybersecurity, and privacy by implementing a cloud-hosted system that meets the PCI DSS, ISO/IEC 27001, and SOC2 standards. Residents can register by scanning the QR code on their rates notice. Users must enter their assessment number, verify their identity with a one-time SMS code, and select their preferred payment option.
