Salary - $31 per hour + Super
In this rewarding role, you will be undertaking the following duties:
- Accurately input data and information into fulcrum
- Data cleansing, collation and management
- Records and database management ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
- Contact Councils and Agencies to identify property owner contact data
- Establish and maintain key effective stakeholder relationships to facilitate timely provision of information
- Network and work collaboratively with internal Departments and business units to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of deliverable’s
- Provide a wide variety of administration support including preparation of spreadsheets and reports
To be successful in this great assignment you will have the following:
- Minimum 2 years Administration experience
- Public Sector experience desirable
- Demonstrated experience working within a sensitive/complex environment
- Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills
- Superior organisational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Fulcrum system experience desirable
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite
- High attention to detail
- Takes initiative, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness and flexibility to work outside of normal business hours when required
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
