The role

Seeking experienced and motivated Administration Officers

The successful applicants will be responsible for:

Providing accurate and timely administrative support services, including budget administration, diary management, team culture activities and planning sessions
Liaising with customers and stakeholders to deliver service excellence
Completing routine financial transactions and purchasing in a timely manner and to a required standard to meet operational requirements
Maintaining relevant registers, databases and systems, ensuring that information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible as required.

Skills and experience

  • Qualification in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience in administrative and financial processes, and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing strong customer service
  • Organisational and time management skills, with the ability to priorities competing tasks
  • Experience in the efficient utilisation of information systems and technology
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
