As part of a busy, multi-disciplinary team, the Administration Officer will play an important role in supporting the efficient scheduling of training course and workshop deployment and event logistics.
In addition to being a team player who is adept in building and fostering relationships with a variety of stakeholders, the successful candidate will be accustomed to working in agile and fast paced environments where priorities quickly evolve, and experienced in event and/or logistics planning, and have competency in using technology including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Learning Management Systems.
