The Agriculture Services Manager supports the Bureau’s mission to deliver increased value and impact to Australia’s agriculture industry, through enhanced relationship management, opportunity development and project delivery. They will set the strategic direction for, and the delivery of initiatives in, the agriculture sector and lead partnerships to deliver Commonwealth and industry programs.

 

The Agriculture Services Manager is accountable for the following:

  • the delivery of initiatives and projects of up to $10 million per year
  • lead the development and implementation of project proposals, plans and budgets
  • support the General Manager Agriculture and Water in Program strategy and management

The Agriculture Services Manager leads a team of customer relationship managers and sector leads, is highly experienced at delivering complex projects, builds deep and broad customer relationships, and delivers outstanding customer experiences. They are committed to continuous personal development while supporting and empowering staff to succeed and develop.

 

Eligibility:

A degree or diploma of an Australian educational institution, or a comparable overseas qualification, which is appropriate to the duties; OR other comparable qualifications, which are appropriate to the duties.
