About the Position

The Business Support Officer Supervisor (BSOS) will take an active role in ensuring the smooth operation of the site office to support the Service Delivery Team.
You will:

  • Be responsible for a broad range of duties to support Service Delivery leadership team including organising and implementing a variety of meetings and forums, liaison with community providers and external Agencies.
  • Be involved in day-to-day tasks that will support staff to deliver exemplary customer service to achieve best outcomes for participants.
  • Be responsible for ensuring delivery of administrative/planning support functions to the Service Delivery team/site.
  • Supervise and support a team of Business Support Officers to achieve performance targets.
