Part Time (38 hours per fortnight)

We have two exciting positions that have opened up for an experienced Customer Service Officer. As the Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for Port Hedland Leisure. You will be responsible for greeting customers and responding to enquiries from the general public, coordinating and administering bookings for Port Hedland Leisure including; liaising with customers to take bookings and payments, managing the booking calendar and obtaining feedback post events.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, well developed conflict resolution and problem solving skills and is well organised.

The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment to be considered for the role, as well as possess:

  • Current C Class drivers licence
  • Current National Police Clearance
