About the Role:

 

There are three vacancies for Customer Service Representatives (CSR) who will form the CSR Team reporting to the Team Lead CSR. The CSR function will provide clients with a central contact for queries about SSP services (e.g. accommodation, Libraries, car pools) and how to access them; whether via the web, phone or in-person.  The CSR will be required to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.  This role is required to travel and work in sites based in the CBD, Metropolitan Melbourne and Regional Victoria.

To be Successful in the Role:

Candidates are required to demonstrate key selection criteria including the following:

 

  1. Previous experience in a professional customer service role with a track record of effectively managing customer queries and complaints; ideally in a service delivery environment.
  2. Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced change environment, including demonstration of a team oriented, flexible, and pro-active approach to customer service.

The recruitment for this role is part of a high-volume workforce expansion program at SSP.  Please note that due to the large number of positions being concurrently advertised, the recruitment and selection process could take between 3 – 4 months.
