We are looking for a Data Analytics, Governance and Community Coordinator to support the Data Governance Manager in the development, implementation and execution  Data Governance Framework. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for the day to day management and operation of the data governance framework and assisting our analytics practice; providing detailed analysis of data definitions; supporting governance forums and leading the data analytics community of practice; and developing skills in business intelligence and data analytics.

Data Governance

• Assist the Data Governance Manager with the implementation of the Data Governance Framework;
• Work closely with Data Governance Manager and Business Stakeholders to ensure consistency across in terms of data definitions and lineage;
• Support data governance forums through documenting ongoing data governance activities, maintaining logs and recording issues corresponding escalations and resolutions;
• Oversee the remediation of data issues working closely with the Data Governance Manager and senior stakeholders as required;

To be successful in this role, you will have at least a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years’ relevant work experience. You have the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and solve problems independently. You will demonstrate excellent communication (written/verbal), presentation, facilitation and analytic skills. We are looking for candidates who are bright, energetic, personable, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, and who are experienced using engagement and collaboration tools and technologies.
