The role is responsible for providing general overall facilities services including continuous monitoring, audits and contract supervision and providing support alongside the building maintenance staff.
The ability to provide superior customer service to meet internal and external customer expectations is important. Duties include regular site inspections, monitoring contract performance and budgets, raising purchase orders, processing and managing invoices and preparing reports.
The successful applicant must demonstrate experience and knowledge in facility services and contract administration and have outstanding communication and customer service skills.
