To be successful in this role you will have:

• Experience in the humane care of animals and effective animal handling techniques including the capture of livestock, cats and aggressive or dangerous dogs.
• Certificate IV in Local Government (Regulatory Services) or relevant field.
• Competence in the interpretation and application of various legislation.
• Experience in the gathering of evidence, effective interviewing and statement taking abilities and the preparation of a range of reports including investigation reports and briefs of evidence.
• Current unrestricted NSW Drivers Licence.

Where it’s located:

This position is based in Murwillumbah, and can be directed to work from any Council work site.
