About the role

 

This position supports and assists with compliance monitoring of contractual, performance and reporting obligations for Training Services NSW?s subsidised programs. The position is located within the Quality Assurance Unit of Training Services NSW. The Training Market Operations Support Officer – Quality Assurance is responsible for reporting to internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the unit. The Support Officer assists Training Market Operations Officers to ensure contractual and performance obligations are met under subsidised programs including Smart and Skilled, Apprenticeships and Traineeships, Adult and Community Education and other industry and community programs.

Training Services NSW leads and manages the implementation of funded vocational education and training programs and services across the NSW training market including contracting and funding providers, quality assurance, leading reforms and administering apprenticeships and traineeships and Aboriginal programs
