Gavin Jones is the Vice President of Sales for Confluent Australia and New Zealand. Jones has 25 years’ of experience in leadership and sales roles at fast-growth, global technologies companies. He spearheads Confluent’s growth in Australia and New Zealand, with a focus on engaging customers and empowering his regional team to inspire businesses on the potential of data in motion. Jones previously worked at Tableau, a Salesforce company, where he served as Country Manager, Australia & New Zealand, ​responsible for developing and executing its ANZ go-to-market strategy and Salesforce integration. Prior to this, Jones held the role of Regional Vice President, Australia & New Zealand at MongoDB, where he built a high performance sales and services team, developed its partner ecosystem and secured new business with iconic brands in the region.
