About the role

  • Provide a range of Administrative and support services including support of contract administration services, including records management, routine correspondence, meeting and event coordination, storage and retrieval of contract documents and related records such as performance data aligned to service specifications, business cases, project plans and other contractual requirements or undertake other administrative tasks as required to support the effective operation of the team/unit.
  • Provide efficient secretariat support including agenda preparation, minute taking and action item listing, for contractual and other meetings.
  • Collect and compile information for, and prepare documentation and correspondence in line with quality and organisational requirements.
  • Complete routine financial transactions and purchasing services, ensuring compliance with agency standards and procedures
  • Respond to enquiries and escalate  and redirect issues as required to ensure the provision of accurate information
  • Update and maintain records and databases, complying with administrative systems and processes to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible.

About you

  • The ability to work in a high volume, high demand position whilst producing results
  • The ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team;
  • The ability to adapt and be comfortable working in an environment of business growth and change
  • Willingness and ability to relieve in higher capacity roles if required.
  • Excellent computer literacy skills, including working knowledge of Excel, EDRMS and ability to learn other business support software programs if required such as Smart Sheet.

  • Experience providing administrative and clerical support and excellent client service
