About the position

Processing permit applications to import/export controlled substances
Assisting with Australia’s reporting obligations under various UN Conventions
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on a range of substance-related issues

Job-specific capabilities

Sound attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work on time
Self-motivated and possess the ability to complete tasks with little supervision.
Ability to work in a high volume work environment
High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Preferable have knowledge or background of medical products, or an ability to obtain this knowledge within a short period (e.g. pharmacy workers)
In addition, you will need to be an Australian citizen, hold a current Baseline security clearance and current police check no older than 12-months or be willing to obtain.
