We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a drive to help people by providing claimant support service within our contact centre. The NSW Government has reformed the Green Slip CTP scheme to better support people injured on our roads, and to reduce the cost of Green Slips for vehicle owners.
You will be responsible for guiding claimants through their journey, ensuring that we provide support and advice in line with relevant legislation and guidelines. Our focus is ensuring a positive customer experience for the citizens of NSW through easy to understand, simple and clear messaging.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
Experience in a claims support role or within a similar setting
Proven ability in handling complex calls and providing solutions
Working knowledge of Salesforce
Ability to negotiate and influence on complex matters
Strong time management to achieve daily call requirements without compromising on customer care
Ability to read and interpret legislation and guidelines with accuracy

Please note, we are currently asking our staff to work from home where roles permit. If successful in this role, you may be required to travel into the city for some face to face training before commencing work from home. If restrictions are lifted, this role will be based in the Sydney CBD.
