The Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) commenced on 1 July 2019 and is the lead agency which forms the Stronger Communities Cluster. The new department brought together the former departments of Family and Community Services (FACS) and Justice.

About the role

 

The Card Operations team looks after the NSW Seniors Card program and Companion Card programs. Specialist skills are required for this role to assist with the operations and management of these programs.

 

The role will support three project and marketing officers with specific administrative and marketing tasks that impact both partners and clients.

 

To be successful in the role, it is preferred that you possess: 

 

– 3 years in marketing or operations experience
– Degree in marketing and/or business related discipline
– Digital marketing experience and/or: database management skills

This is a temporary role in accordance with the Government Sector Employment Act 2013 for a period of up to December 2020.

 

A Recruitment Pool may be created to fill similar roles for both ongoing and temporary opportunities if and as they arise.
