You will be politically astute, well versed in working with the political landscape of regional local government. You will have a natural ability to influence and a genuine desire to embrace the local culture becoming immersed within the community.

• Comprehensive technical skills, abilities and knowledge base related to the (relevant) Portfolio.
• Tertiary qualification(s) in a relevant field
• Proven capacity to work collaboratively and collegiately exhibiting a high level of emotional intelligence, politically astuteness and presence
• Display a high level of commercial acumen, communication, negotiation and stakeholder relationships
