The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Models and leads an expectation that every teacher can teach and every student can learn
- Demonstrated leadership of curriculum, teaching and learning that is transferable to a P-6 context
- Demonstrated ability to lead inclusive practices in a P-6 context
- Ability to sustain positive community relationships that have been developed at a leadership level
- Ability to actively participate and collaborate in a Principals’ PLC in multi-modal environments
A mandatory requirement of this role is:
- Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland. Information on registration requirements is available at www.qct.edu.au
