Fusion5 acquires Liberate I.T. for their NetSuite practice

Fusion5, a leading business solutions provider in Australasia and an Oracle NetSuite Solution Provider, has announced its acquisition of Liberate I.T., a NetSuite Solution Provider with six Australasian locations, effective May 1, 2023. 

Liberate I.T. was founded in 2011 and has established itself as a trusted provider of NetSuite solutions to over 120 customers with a team of 30 employees.  

The acquisition will see all Liberate I.T. staff and customers transition to Fusion5’s offices across Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne.

According to Grant Robertson, the executive director of NetSuite and corporate performance management at Fusion5, the acquisition is part of the company’s ongoing growth strategy.  

“We’re very excited about Liberate I.T. joining forces with us,” Robertson said.  

“Our combined resources and NetSuite expertise will provide new and existing customers with even more services and support.” 

Jim Brodie, an owner and director of Liberate I.T., said the acquisition made sense for both companies.  

“It provides additional capability and support for our customer base and exciting opportunities for the Liberate I.T. staff,” Brodie said.
