The leading provider of digital media management and open-source intelligence solutions and the world’s leading Unified-Citizen Experience Management platform is expected to provide media monitoring and related services to government agencies over the next three years, commencing on 1 March.
“The appointment to Services Australia’s Media Services Panel is a significant milestone for KINSHIP digital,” KINSHIP digital CEO Caitlin Green said.
“We are thrilled at the opportunity to be further embedded into Australian Government departments and to drive digital transformation in the public sector.”
Services Australia’s Media Services Panel covers five categories: media and social media monitoring, analysis, response management and customer engagement, publishing, and professional media services.
The public sector-specialised digital services provider has been selected for four out of the five categories of the Media Services Panel, excluding professional media services.
“We are committed to empowering our clients to achieve their digital goals and enhance their capability to connect and communicate with citizens online,” KINSHIP digital Chief Customer Officer Alex Harper said.
KINSHIP digital and Sprinklr have a proven track record of delivering citizen-centric solutions within the public sector. They have worked with government agencies such as Defence Australia, the City of Sydney, the Department of Home Affairs, Transport for NSW, and more.
“Sprinklr is honoured to work with Australian Government agencies to help drive greater innovation into the public sector by providing flexible platforms that break down internal silos, unify customer and citizen-facing teams, and increase engagement with citizens,” Sprinklr Senior Vice President of Growth Markets Haitham Elkhatib said.
