NSW Government further expands digital services under MyServiceNSW

The NSW Government’s MyServiceNSW Account has been further enhanced to offer the state residents even more convenience.
With the integration of Revenue NSW’s Land Tax Online service into MyServiceNSW accounts, individuals can seamlessly navigate between land tax management, driver license renewals, and applications for cost-of-living support and vouchers.
“The migration of the Land Tax Online platform into MyServiceNSW accounts puts customers in control of how they manage their tax obligations,” Minister for Finance Courtney Houssos said.
“Gone are the days where it is one account for licencing and another account for taxes, people now have more ways to connect and transact with government in one convenient digital location.”
Once connected, users can gain access to viewing and managing their land tax information, submitting tax returns, requesting exemptions, accessing notices of assessment, making payments, and setting up payment plans.
Additionally, account holders can choose to receive digital notifications, eliminating the need for paper notices and reducing delivery time.

This integration aligns with Revenue NSW’s commitment to customer-centric services and aims to assist the 175,000 landowners in NSW who are responsible for paying land tax to fulfil their obligations more efficiently.
“As life gets busier, our time becomes more precious so keeping government transactions as simple as possible is increasingly important. Whether it is registering a vehicle, checking demerit points or applying for government rebates, once again, the MyServiceNSW is making interactions with the government even easier,” Minister for Customer Service and Digital Government Jihad Dib said.
“The MyServiceNSW account expands on the face-to-face experience of more than 114 Service Centres across the State to make your dealings with the government easy to access and quicker to complete where possible.”
This development follows the integration of fine management services into MyServiceNSW accounts in February 2023, which has already attracted over 36,000 users linking their accounts to the fines service.
