4. Virtual Buildings Information System (VBIS) Standard: The VBIS Standard is essential to the DEF, requiring all construction projects in the healthcare sector that surpass $20 million to use it. This standard establishes a consistent digital classification system that enables straightforward verification, contextualisation, and use of data, promoting improved project delivery and management.
5. Resources for Industry Partners: The VHBA provides a wealth of resources that help contractors and consultants execute the DEF. We include technical guides, templates, and tools designed to ensure project delivery meets the established framework’s standards.
