emphasys ® Pty Ltd awarded ISO 9001 certification from PwC

emphasys ® Pty Ltd, an SAP partner with over 25 years of experience in large SAP implementations, has announced its achievement of the ISO 9001:2015 international certification of Quality through PwC.

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 is the most updated standard of its kind, focusing on quality management systems and performance. The ISO 9001:2015 assists companies in developing a management system that will align quality with their wider business strategy.

With this, emphasys ® can now focus on risk-based thinking and accountability in all organizational processes that will help improve communications, efficiency, and implementation of continuous improvement.

“The emphasys ® culture is built on the commitment, to both our customers and our employees, that we will only deliver the highest quality SAP ® AWS ® and MuleSoft ® services,” emphasys ® Managing Director Glynn Williams said.

“We selected PwC to audit our company and processes, as their international presence and commitment to quality are undeniable. Through this ISO 9001:2015 certification, we have validated that the emphasys ® Quality Management System provides the maturity necessary to support this commitment.”

The ISO 9001:2015 ensures that emphasys ® customers can receive consistent, high-quality products and services while bringing in many business benefits.

The road to certification under the ISO 9001:2015 required time and dedication on behalf of the company. After less than a year of significant growth, emphasys ® was able to improve corporate policies, procedures, and tools to ensure scalable and repeatable high-quality services.

emphasys ® stated that their goals upon embarking on certification were simple:

Homogenous, repeatable, and secure internal process execution
Creation of a platform for consistency during expansion
Improved client delivery services and customer satisfaction

emphasys ® will now be able to continue driving improvement in their services specifically for the ISO focus on quality and the global recognition of the standard.

Under the certification, the company’s consulting services now include IT solution and enterprise architecture through SAP, MuleSoft and AWS technology, integration services technology consulting, tech solutions delivery, tech transformation and functional business consulting using SAP software.

The company also created a Quality Policy that recognizes the significant role their employees play in the quality of all emphasys ® services.

Aside from this, they’ve also created a QMS (Quality Management System) for the company’s clear, actionable, and thorough approach to the vital components of a successful Mission-First organization. This will help them become well-positioned for the next round of corporate growth.
