RAM Equipment leverages Inauro’s Perspio™ to streamline operation

RAM Equipment, a South Australian earth-moving equipment hire and sales company, has announced the successful deployment of Inauro’s award-winning Perspio™ platform across its operations.

The deployment of the new platform sees all the disparate telematics systems of the RAM fleet brought together in a single software platform, complete with integration into the RAM equipment ERP. This will help in providing the RAM team with a single view of their operation.

Automations across their commercial workflows and workshop are also currently being deployed to provide customers a better rental experience.

“Perspio software unquestionably will add value to the daily operations at RAM Equipment simply by having one centralized live platform for all our telematics data,” RAM Equipment’s Sales Director Michael Grace said.

“I’m really looking forward to working with the team at Inauro moving forward as we seek to continually improve our customer service experience.”

Thanks to the fleet telematics and the ERP data flowing through to Perspio™, RAM now has a contextual view of its fleet in real-time and is implementing automated servicing, operations, and management workflows.

Aside from this, the contract also adds new connectors to the Perspio™ platform such as OEM telematics from John Deere, Case Construction, Kobelco and Hitachi, and ERP platform Syrinx by Point of Rental.
